Business terms
Last updated 25 October 2026
These terms apply when a club or business buys a RoadCom business plan. They add to the RoadCom terms of use, which still apply to your account. RoadCom is run by a sole trader based in Barnet, London, UK. Contact: team@roadcom.co.uk.
1. The plans
- Club Plus is for car and motorcycle clubs. It includes club events on the map, event stats and a club badge.
- Partner venue is for cafés, pubs, tracks, garages and similar places. It includes a sponsored pin, events on the map and visitor stats.
Prices are shown on our website before you pay. No VAT is added. We may change prices for future periods; we will email you at least 30 days before a change affects you, and you can cancel before it does.
2. Paying
Plans renew automatically every month or year until you cancel. Payments are taken by Stripe, which also stores your card details; we never see them. If a payment fails, Stripe tries again for a few days. If it still fails, your plan stops.
3. Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel any time from Manage billing on your account page. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, then stops. We don’t refund part of a month or year, except where the law requires it or we have ended your plan without good reason.
4. Your content
Events, descriptions and photos you add must be accurate, legal and about real things happening at real places. You must have the right to use any photos. We check events before they appear and can edit or remove anything that breaks these terms or the RoadCom terms of use.
5. Sponsored labels
Paid pins and events are marked “Sponsored” in the app so people know they are advertising. A plan doesn’t change people’s reviews, photos or comments about your place, and you can’t remove them because you pay.
6. Stats
Stats are totals, such as views, saves and directions requests. They never show who used the app. Small numbers are hidden so nobody can be identified. Stats are a guide and may not be exact.
7. Ending a plan
We can end your plan if you break these terms, with a refund for any whole months left unless the breach was serious. If we stop offering business plans, we will tell you at least 30 days ahead and refund any time you paid for but can’t use.
8. Liability
We work to keep RoadCom available, but we don’t promise a set number of visitors or that the app will never be down. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
