Questions

Good to know

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time from Manage billing on your account page. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.

Do you see my card details?

No. Payments are handled by Stripe; we only see whether your plan is active.

Why pay here and not in the app?

Business plans are advertising for your club or venue, so they’re sold through our website.

Who sees my stats?

Only you. Stats are totals and never show who visited.

Will people know my pin is paid for?

Yes. Paid pins and events are marked “Sponsored”, as UK advertising rules require. Reviews and photos from riders and drivers stay as they are.
